New customers – MOQ must be 1152 pcs per colour, per design, per style.
Existing customers (after the first 1152 pcs order) – MOQ must be 576 pcs per colour, per design, per style.
Pricing is determined by the model of cap and type of production being used to decorate the cap.
This means there is no set price.
We need to price each custom cap order as it is presented to us.
Production times can vary during the year due to seasonal demand.
But allow for the following
Sample: 1 week
Bulk Production: 2-3 weeks
Yupoong & Flexfit caps are very popular. So the demand is very high. The factories are very busy.
Every cap is made to order in Yupoong’s own factory i.e. Yupoong does not outsource so this means that every cap is made to the highest standards.

- Your design concept provided to us in JPEG or editable PDF format
- Your logo/s provided to us in JPEG or editable PDF format
- Get you to tell us how many caps you require.
- We will review and provide a cap price and lead times
You then decide if you want to proceed with production
Yes, we will send you all the information about the domestic custom program once we have received your artwork.
